by Dan Ancheta (2020) This is my personal toxic Filipino Trait that I've brought up until now. Notice how colors are vibrang but are unsure. That's usually how I feel when I paint. It looks nice in others' eyes but in my eyes it's not really good. Also, Koi fishes can be seen in this work, i'm like a Koi fish. The distortion (Expressionism) and rough/imperfect coloring technique (Fauvism) add to the chaos in order to make my artwork emit

Even though I am a man, I believe that women shouldn’t be shamed for simply expressing their sexuality. They should be allowed to express it and be given the same respect that men get when they do the same. I believe that this shouldn’t be an issue at all, especially today. The double standards have to stop. If men are allowed to parade in

by Drizzle Magnayon (2020) Toxic Filipino Culture- Catcalling When will we be able to walk outside without feeling violated, defenseless and afraid? Yagni is a reflection of the artist's frustrations, as someone who has experienced, and has known of people who went through the same situation.

by Drizzle Magnayon (2020) This artwork is inspired by online shopping’s popularity, and how most of the people the artist surveyed for research admitted to using online shopping as a coping mechanism. The artist used bright colors to emphasize the cathartic feeling of purchasing something to de-stress.
